About
Me
Bio
Growing up, I was interested in finding animals, particularly arthropods, which was fueled by playing the Pokémon video game series. However, my curiosity for wildlife conservation began when I encountered a gopher tortoise in fourth grade. My curiosity in conservation influenced my decision to matriculate at the University of Florida in 2018 and major in Zoology. These experiences ultimately developed into my goal to become a wildlife conservationist in the hopes of serving communities and protecting native ecosystems.
Outside of learning about wildlife conservation, my hobbies include photography, cooking (and eating), and taking walks on nature trails.
Education
I graduated from the University of Florida (UF) in May 2022 with a B.S. in Zoology. I also minored in Entomology and Nematology and Anthropology. In my fourth year, I was involved in the UF Semester of Immersion Program.
Employment
Currently looking for a job or paid internship opportunity pertaining to environmental conservation and sustainability.
